These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at nobsbehavioral.com (the "Site") and any related services, products, programs, content, or offerings provided by NoBS Behavioral ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site and our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms; No Medical/Therapeutic Advice

Acceptance: By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you're unwilling to abide by these terms, frankly, this isn't the place for you.
No Medical, Psychiatric, or Therapeutic Advice: Kren Gunn is "The Asshole Therapist" as a brand persona. This is not a licensed therapeutic or medical practice. The content, programs (including The Unfiltered System™, REAL Method™, CORE Method™, BOND Method™), and services offered by NoBS Behavioral are for educational, informational, and self-improvement purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition, nor do they constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, therapy, or counseling. If you require medical, mental health, or other professional services, consult a qualified professional.
No Client-Patient Relationship: Your use of our Site or services does not create a client-patient, therapist-patient, or doctor-patient relationship with Kren Gunn or NoBS Behavioral.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and services. By using our Site, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when using our Site (e.g., for account registration or purchases). We're not here to chase your details down.

Program Content: All content provided within our programs is proprietary to NoBS Behavioral. It is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. This isn't a free-for-all; this is our intellectual property.
No Guarantees: We provide the tools, frameworks, and a no-BS approach. Your results depend entirely on your effort, consistency, and willingness to implement the methods. We offer no guarantees of specific outcomes. If you're looking for a magic bullet, you're in the wrong place.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the one displayed at the time of your transaction.
Payment: Payments for services and products must be made through our designated payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment information.
Refund Policy: Our refund policy will be explicitly stated for each specific product or program at the point of sale. Read it carefully before you buy. If no refund policy is stated, all sales are final. We don't do participation trophies for buyers' remorse.
Cancellations: If you enroll in a recurring service, specific cancellation terms will be provided. You are responsible for canceling according to those terms to avoid further charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, and all trademarks, service marks, and trade names, are the property of NoBS Behavioral or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise perfection; we promise directness.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information on the Site is error-free, complete, or current.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoBS Behavioral, Kren Gunn, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms. If your actions cause us trouble, you're on the hook.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, or, if mutually agreed, in small claims court. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
