Digital Tools and Assessments: 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the tool doesn't work as described or has technical issues, we'll fix it or refund you. If you just don't like what it tells you about yourself, that's a you problem, not a refund situation.

Core Courses ($197-$497)

30-day money-back guarantee with one simple requirement: actually try the fucking thing.

You must:

Complete the first two modules
Submit the required worksheets and assessments
Engage with the material like an adult

If you do the work and genuinely believe the course isn't helping you, we'll refund your money. If you buy it and never log in, or complete one module and decide it's "too hard," that's not our problem. We track your progress automatically, so we'll know if you're trying to game the system.

60-day guarantee because we know real change takes time.

Requirements:

Attend or complete the first 4 weeks of programming
Submit all required assessments and action plans
Participate in group calls or complete modules as scheduled

Requirements:

Complete the first 30 days of programming

These programs require serious commitment. If you're not ready to show up consistently, don't buy them. We'll know if you're coasting, and we'll call you on it.

What We Won't Refund

Change of mind: Buyer's remorse isn't our responsibility. Make adult decisions
"I found it somewhere else cheaper": Good for you. This isn't Walmart
Technical issues on your end: Can't figure out how to log in? That's a tech support issue, not a refund issue

How to Request a Refund

A brief explanation of why the product didn't work for you (we actually read these and use them to improve)

We'll process legitimate refund requests within 5-7 business days. We'll also revoke your access to all related materials, communities, and future communications immediately.

Corporate and Custom Programs

Corporate clients get 30 days after the first workshop delivery. Your team needs to actually show up and participate. We'll track attendance and engagement. If your people are checked out or you're expecting miracles without doing the work, that's not our problem.

Custom programs are evaluated case by case, but the same principles apply: show up, do the work, engage with the process.
